Remote Viewing is splitting your consciousness to experiencing events in two or more places at the same time.
In a way it is a form of meditation - the difference being that you are actually seeing events in another place.
I use this techniques to access information from many different realms and dimensions. Most can learn to do this with proper training.
This is an easy skill for those who already know how to meditate and see and hear information. Don't look upon this as a difficult thing to do. See it as fun and it will work.
Keep a dated record of what you see. It can be in a journal or on tape.
Find a quiet relaxing place.
- Be sure the room is free of distractions - phone - people - TV - etc.
- Lighting can be adjusted. I prefer a dark room. I prefer to travel at
night then I just drift off into sleep state.
- Sit down or lie down. Find a position that is comfortable for you.
- Music is not needed.
- You might want to set up a tape recorder to record the messages you get.
- Loosen clothing - footwear - eyeglasses.
- You can be alone or with other people. I travel with friends. We are each
at home - comfy and cozy - talking on the phone - describing what we see as
we travel.
- Try to clear the chatter from your thoughts. The mind is very busy -
always processing information on many levels.
- Inhale slowly through your nose counting.
- Hold the breath as is comfortable for you.
- Release the breath slowly through the mouth.
- Focus on the screen behind your eyes where images appear.
- Allow your mind to randomly move around - or mentally 'see' - a specific
destination you wish to view. For example - if you want to go to a specific building
- think about the building. See it in your mind. Transfer your consciousness
to that building and start to observe. Slowly you will see images connected
to that building. Project your thoughts into the place you want to go to.
Look around.
- Take you time. Relax. Move around the area to observe from many angles.
Listen for sounds - see what is moving and why. Trust what is being shown to
you.
- You may wonder if it is just your imagination as the scenes move before
you. Just record / remember your information and check it out later.
- You may verbally communicate what you are observing - with others in your
group - or on your tape recorder.
- Look for something specific to verify especially is you are traveling off
of the planet. You may chose to view - or find yourself near another planet.
Note the star patterns around you. When you return - you can verify current
solar positions.
- If you go to someone's home - later you can call them and verify events
that you see. Please don't be intrusive.
- Look can for your spirit guides or other non-terrestrial things as you
travel.
- You can do this as long as you connect - several minutes - an hour. You
will note that your sense of time is distorted. What seems like you have
been traveling for a few minutes may turn out to be an hour or more.
- The more your practice the more detail you will find when you travel. You
might see a room the first time - but the second time be in the room -
looking at a desk in the room - see a computer - then eventually - with
practice - be able to see what is on the screen.
- Remote viewing does take practice - but once you get it - it is easy and fun!
Governments have often used Remote Viewers for Espionage. This was the case with Project Desert Storm and other past wars. The Russians are especially skilled at this. Though these projects are said to be cancelled - Other's have seen by Remote Viewing that they are not!!
