SALT WATER FLUSH

A salt water flush is a method used to treat constipation and bloating, as well as to detoxify the colon during a fast or cleanse.

Salt-Water Flush Recipe

Ingredients:

  • One quart luke-warm water
  • Two teaspoons sea salt (do not use iodized salt)

Directions:

  • Combine water and salt.
  • Drink the entire quart of salt and water first thing in the morning.

It's also good to massage the colon as well. Make sure you use un-iodized sea salt; regular or iodized salt will not have the same beneficial effect. This oral enema will flush out your entire digestive tract and colon from top to bottom, usually within an hour, prompting you to eliminate several times, clearing out the plaque and debris from the walls, and the parasites that have been living there.
